Shipping Costs
All our orders are shipped by certified mail, and for each order, you will receive a tracking number to your email.
Volátil Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays that are related to collaborating courier and shipping companies.
Shipments to the Canary Islands and Andorra may be subject to customs charges not included in the shipping costs.
Shipping Time
At Volátil Jewelry, we produce our jewelry handmade in our workshop. The concept of slow production allows for no large stock of pieces, thus helping us minimize our waste.
In case the piece you purchase is not in stock, we will make it. This may take us about 15-20 business days. For completely customized orders, we will need between 20 and 25 business days, depending on the request.
