Returns and exchanges

Purchases in the online shop

We accept returns and exchanges for purchases made in the online shop within 14 days of the package arriving at its destination;

To begin the return process, please write to us via our contact form or directly to volatiljoyeria@gmail.com with the details below:

• Full name as it appears on the order
• Order number
• Date of order and date of delivery of the package to destination
• Name of the item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

For these purchases made in the online shop, remember that the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. When doing so please choose a tracking option and send it to our workshop with address:

Gift cards

If you have bought or have been gifted a gift card to spend in our online shop, we do not offer refunds.


Personalised items

We do not accept exchanges or returns of jewelry that have been fully or partially customised.
