MARESÍA
This collection arises from my memory of the sea that I always carry inside me. My childhood was an eternal summer, surrounded by the sea, afternoons at the beach... I grew up surrounded by the seaside and its landscapes still transmit to me a sense of freedom and innocence.
Maresía is a word that defines the smell of the sea that can be perceived on land up to a certain distance from the shore; it is the salty air that comes from the ocean.
Sea drops that reach places where the sea cannot...
This collection is made up of pieces that carry bits and pieces of these and other landscapes that I discover along the way.
I am a water sign;
That sensation, that sound, that smell... Memories of the sea.
